“The hotel is an old building so we understand the facilities have been improved to update with the modern life. There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg. I was so grateful the staff on duty on 21 May, came and helped……

“I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. We really liked the spacious living and dining areas. And we all slept comfortably in the beds. House was lovely and clean. I didn't get check in instructions in advance which was a bit nerve wracking. The company appointed to manage the letting weren't especially responsive. But Esther was there waiting for me and gave us everything we needed.……

“The RWY is a beautiful spot and you can easily take the ferry from there to Cremyll (Cornwall) or round to Barbican which opens up access to all the different ferries and tours. The apartment was really good but some things needs to be attended to, the dryer option on the washing machine kept error in out so all clothes had to be hung on the clothes rack to dry, not the end of the world but inconvenient. The oven door isn’t closing properly so lets a great deal of heat out and the extractor fan……
