“Spent a week here in late July 2023. It was perfect. Bigger than pictures show. Family of four with two teenagers. We loved being close to underground and buses, and having all the utilities we would need for a week stay in London.”

“Stayed with the family (3 kids), hosts communicated very well, picking up the keys was easy (a shop around the corner), West Kensington was a 5 minute walk and the stay was quiet and comfortable. There's a few late night shops around and also a very nice breakfast and coffee place around the corner (a few doors down from where keys are collected) called Hazel which is lovely. Great stay overall. ”

I reached out to the online customer service, and Mary Ann M. was assigned to assist me. However, she couldn’t reach the local property. It took forever to sort out the problem. Positive side - Offers some excellent free amenities - Daily free coffee before 9:30 am was a nice perk, and having access to a free cinema room and gym was a great bonus - Location of the hotel is also convenient, and the kitchen facilities were good, providing a full set of cooking equipment. However, notice a lingering strong curry/masala smell inside the microwave-oven. Negative side - The availability of free or paid latte seemed……
