“非常惊喜的体验！成为了这两周多旅行单价最便宜的酒店，非常划算，而且能够在伦敦住到这样干净整洁的地方是很难得的，特别是我们预订的时候已经是旅行的前两天，真的很惊喜。首先最需要表扬的是，酒店的位置特别好，首先是处于伦敦的西北的二区，观察了一下我觉得是一个居民区吧，晚上很晚的时候回去也还是比较安全的，没出过什么事情，这个是最重要的。然后更好的是，酒店居然地铁站非常非常近，就走个平路一分钟就可以啦！在伦敦这样的大城市真的是非常重要了！ 然后房间虽小，但是五脏俱全，有空调，七七八八的设施都有，卫生间也是非常干净整洁的，服务人员也是很好的，24小时，很方便。唯一我们有一点不满意的是，把我们安排在了G层的房间，旁边就是大马路，稍微有一点吵吧，但是如果在分配房间的时候能够和前台人员说一下应该就不会分到窗口了。总体是相当推荐的！值得入住！”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had supper at the pub downstairs a couple of times and our food was fantastic. The area was mostly quiet (the World Cup finals were on while we were there, so that was exciting) and an easy tune line to the big tourist attractions. Would definitely stay there again’”

“Mixed emotions on the stay. On the one hand the room and staff were all lovely and helpful, but an unfortunate situation has really tarnished the stay for us. We had a drink in the bar late one evening, and charged the drinks to the room per the bartenders request. We paid for these upon checkout, where we were asked to pay £45 pounds. I paid, thinking little of it other than it being a bit expensive. This didn't really sit right with us so we asked for the receipt, and saw that the drinks……

“Location is good, many shops nearby like Primark, Boots and supermarkets, but 10 mins walk from tube. Room condition is average, no slippers provided.”

“The location is good. However this is an old hotel, most of the lifts are out of service for my entire trip (8 days), and I was even trapped in the lift for few mins. Besides, the housekeeper is impolite and he felt annoyed when my husband requested for the wrong item. ”

“The shower facility water pipe outflow was not through. Water was spread out of the tank after shower. Others are satisfied. ”

“The room was a lot smaller than pictured. Barely any space to have your luggage especially if you are sharing a room. Overall great hotel and enjoyed my stay.”

“Stains on the bedsheet, no flippers, cold, bad sound proof, a fly in the breakfast. But staffs are friendly. Hope it can improve infrastructures.”
