“The rooms were nice we had a 2 bedroom with bunk beds. However we did not have a patio or balcony which was disappointing. Kitchenette with microwave and small fridge and a bar sink. Room did not have blackout drapes and sink in bathroom did not drain. It’s ridiculous that you have to pay extra for the “waterpark” which is not kept up. Caution tape in multiple spots. Water in outdoor pool was ice cold. Needs a good cleaning and some TLC. Outdoor spa was the temp the pool should have been. $28……

“The hotel was good for us for just an overnight stay. Had a nice visit in the morning with a woman who was working in the dining area/kitchen. The room smelled like smoke when we walked into it. The bed was as hard as a rock.”

“Hotel needs updated, rooms are outdated and there’s no elevator. Couldn’t get bedside lamps to work and bathroom light makes a horrible sound.”

“This place is like something out of a dream!!! The breakfasts were heavenly. Best scones and quiche I’ve ever had. The property itself was simply stunning. Garden waterfalls, fountains, flowers and lots of nature nearby the property. We cannot wait to come back.”
