Comfortable suites at decent prices

Really nice property

The room was clean, staff was hospitable. We had a suite. The breakfast was hot and on time. There seemed to be permanent residents in this hotel. We booked the room for 3 people and there were only two towels... The staff immediately, with a smile, provided me with the additional towels we needed. No complaints!

If there was a word to describe above excellent or perfection, that's the word I would use for this hotel. Everything, from cleaning, service, employees to delicious breakfast, great pool, easy parking.....absolutely everything was 10 . They even have laundry on site and it's free. The rooms are very spacious and come well equipped with everything needed (they have full kitchens in the suites!!!). We are a family of five with 3 children traveling around US for a year and so far this is the best...

Stayed there a number of times...... because it's a great place.

When we go to the check out the staff give some toy to my little daugher, and this was nice because It was the first time that I experienced something like that. The breakfast and the facilities are great.

A Hidden Gem with Million-Dollar Views! We had such a magical stay at The Perch Hotel in East Windham! The view alone is worth the trip — on a clear day, you can see FIVE states from the property. Yes, five! It’s absolutely breathtaking and made for the perfect backdrop to relax and soak in the Catskills air. The vibe of the hotel is something special — a perfect blend of modern comfort and mid-century charm that instantly transported me back to the golden era of Catskill tourism. It’s stylish...

Great experience

Always a simple and easy check-in.

Well worth the price, everything is brand new & clean!!

The room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle throughout the night was a valuable service, and the driver was particularly considerate and pleasant. The desk staff were also helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on that. The only negative was I needed a wakeup call at 3:00 am on the night the time changed. Because the clock was not reset, I was awakened at 2:00 am and couldn't fall back to sleep so I lost an hour of sleep on what was a very short night.

The staff was so helpful. Everyone we needed something, such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and so on. They were always accommodating. I noticed that they were a little light staffed. I work in retail/ customer service so I noticed things that others may not. Even with juggling a lot of work the staff was all so polite. I even noticed when I went to get the grab and go breakfast, the woman who helped me was also there woman running the front desk. In these times with Covid. With extra...
