“This hotel has hidden fees i was not expected like 15 dollars for a parking permit usually everywhere else is free and 100 dollars deposit and usually other places its like 40 was not expected that high and they don't have breakfast at all just coffee”

“Restroom toilet not working properly. Elevators not working, sometimes only one. Hallway very hot at times. Staff not friendly or helpful. Not worth the $992.16 for 2 nights.”

“Towels had stains, only allowed one roll toilet paper, private access to the beach can only fit people going one way single file line, small bugs on wall, toilet stained, you can smell the dumpster, people hang outside all night, sheets were stained, did not feel safe staying there. When tried calling about reservation it just rang no answer.”

“Property needs renovation. It was horrible experience. Room was stinky, smelly, there was mold and in very bad conditions. Never go again.”

“My only real problem was when I requested a room on the bottom floor I was told that I was going to be charged an extra $30. Same exact room but for some reason it was more expensive. I have 2 small children and my husband had thrown his back out the day before, so this was a real inconvenience. The property is alright, could use some updating, the staff was using old rusty shopping carts to carry around linen and trash. With all the money this place is making you would think they could afford……

“Probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed in. Paid over $300 for 1 night just to stay in a dirty room that looked nothing like the pictures and the room was infested with roaches. The restroom was disgusting and our kids refused to use the restroom or shower in that room.”

“Cool place to stay in! Beautiful house and is close to a gas station & beach (literally across the street) there were some cracks on the restroom doors but overall its still a good place!!”

“Noisy neighbors upstairs not property addressed. A reasonable request for a 1 day refund ( denied) even though we checked out early due to crazy noise upstairs. Skip this place there’s much better options.”
