So, Stephanie, from this Best Western motel, personally called to inform me of the dire driving conditions and of the limited staff and services that would be available, should I decide to come. Her proactive, safety minded information helped me decide that I should cancel my trip up north. She also took care of cancelling my reservation. Stephanie seems to be a truly caring and kind person who goes out of her way to serve and……
