“As a snowmobiler (solo traveler), the only downfall is that it is a bit dated, but really no big deal. Would have been nice to have 1st floor due to gear bags, etc. but it worked. Room was very clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. No bugs or weird smells that you may expect for a budget price room. Parking area for 2 place trlr was adequate and literally right next to trail. “The host was very responsive and very nice. We were so close to downtown Boyne city and the lakefront we were able to take great walks along the lake even though it was pretty chilly. It’s a great place to stay, especially if you’re wanting to do some skiing at Boyne Mountain it’s an easy 12 minute drive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.”
