"Once I found it (hiding a bit off Main Street), I loved it. Quiet. Clean. Great breakfast. Easy access, 24-hour pool (for adults). And - perhaps most importantly - great customer service. I really didn't need much, but it was so nice to ALWAYS be treated with a smile and an offer to help."

The Rose room is wonderful for breakfast and it would be great if you could have a nice dinner there as well. The Noggin room is fun in its own way but not exactly a dining destination."

"I booked my room through hotels.com thinking my requests and other details would be sent to the property. However, that didn’t happen. I had requested second floor and got first with a room immediately off the lobby. I am not sure if the rooms on the site are given little or no priority re requests. The hotel was not full. "

"Our trip was April 24-26th for a Lacrosse tournament at Boyne. The location of the hotel was perfect, easy distance to tournament and to downtown Petoskey. The hotel staff was great, very accommodating. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was wonderful. So much room and the shower was amazing! They also offer a complimentary limo to downtown between 4-midnight....this was awesome! Free breakfast in the morning was convenient. My only very small complaint would be the pool area. The chlorine is so strong that it made it kind of hard to breathe and my husbands eyes were irritated. The hot tub does not stay hot if there are people hopping between it and the pool. All in all it was a great stay and we will be back!"
