“This is our 4th time staying at this property and definitely not our last. Kelley is fantastic! There is a wonderful pizza joint within walking distance. Buffalo Trace is about 5-6 min drive. Poppy ‘s Bakery ( thank you Kelley for the delicious surprise on our door Saturday morning) is a must and we found a hole in the wall joint for breakfast not far down the road, Shelby’s. Would we recommend this property to stay… ABSOLUTELY!!! ”

“Room needed to be swept and mopped. There was and trash in the floors. The couch needs a good cleaning, one of the bar stools is broken. We found bottle caps and q-tips left in the room that were used. The couch was very uncomfortable for one of our guests. We did find a roll out cot that was helpful. The elevator was out of service, which wa beyond control. The location was great and the condo was very pretty, there was just some additional cleaning/ maintenance that needed to be done.”

“This place worked out perfectly for us. It was as pictured, cute and trendy with everything we needed. Also, super close to UK campus. We really enjoyed our stay! ”

“This condo was really nice. Tastefully decorated and very homey with the hosts anticipating every need for their guests. A lot of little extra touches. Had some problems with hair and dust on the floors, but other than that, the condo was very clean. Looked brand new on the inside, but the building itself is dated. The concrete walkway that runs in front of this second floor condo is in dire condition. Per my husband who works in concrete, it needs to be replaced.”

“Convenient”

“I would stay at this condo again if traveling to Lexington. The location was absolutely perfect for walking throughout the city. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking instructions made it easy to know where to park a car for the entire stay. I felt safe in the area. A police station is right across the street as well. The bed was comfortable. Lots of hot water in the shower. Very modern decor. Plenty of pots & pans to cook meals. No dishwasher tablets available, so I had to hand……

“More like an apartment not a condo. U can tell it is older and not as nice as pictures show it is. If you’re looking for something fancy this isn’t the place for you. It’s a roof over your head and does what you need it to do. ”
