"Everything was beyond my expectations. The property is gorgeous. Super clean, updated, warm and cozy. Communication was amazing too. Super close to lake and town. This would be my only go for all my Big Bear trips."

"The accommodations were clean and comfortable. Good location near the lake and close enough to the village shops and restaurants. "

"Came with a family of four and had a great stay. Really close to boulder bay, pool was clean and fun, and the place was exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for our stay. The hosts communicated quickly."

"Great place, happy time, clean, quiet"

"Great location for this spacious condo, it had everything we needed, beautiful views of the lake. We had a couple of questions and the management company was very quick to respond."

"The condo was immaculate and spacious. Great views of the lake."

"As a family with kids, this was an ideal place to lounge, visit the indoor pool/jacuzzi, go for walks, and cook in house. The three levels provided ample space for everyone and the fresh air at night offered great sleep. Was a safe, quiet retreat and all neighbors were very friendly!"

"Ive been skiing for many years, many different locations, loved this properties' ski in ski out feature. Very confortable lovely "

The place was dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. - both patio decks were filthy. They were so dirty that they were unusable. Especially the grill. - The house was extremely hot! Both upstairs and downstairs were like a furnace. Even with opening doors and windows, it was an oven. Do not come here, especially in the summer. -Towels were dirty with dust marks on...
