“This airport hotel is much further away than the map shows from the terminal. There are many more closer. Check in was difficult even though they have terminals that are supposed to be faster because staff not trained. Service in restaurant was non existent. Strange bed frame setup that kept me hitting the base with my toes! Only provided 1 bath towel, 1 medium towel, soap dispenser did not work properly. And hotel shuttle service didn't follow written schedule. All in all an average...

“The parking and elevator system must be improved. Nothing connects and you must go through urine soaked “tunnels” to get to your car. A very clean hotel and nice once inside. But I would not ever recommend somebody stay here if they are driving in. All elevators on the garage were broken (4-5) and the ones in the hotel did not connect and also some don’t take you to street and some do.
