Rooms very outdated. Mold/water stain on ceiling.

Staff great, but room outdated & not clean. Hot tub had no working jets.

If we had been made aware of these problems we would have been able to resolve them.we were only told by guest @ checkout after they had been with us for 4 days and three nights.

not a good experience

Check in was around 7 pm because our first hotel had no working pool - We were given 2 rooms and went up to 2 nd floor with some of our belongings - no elevator- these 2 rooms were not cleaned -3 rd room I insisted that desk person check room before I walked all the way to other building - room was cleaned but desk person never saw that there was no refrigerator-no towels no sheets or blanket for pull out sofa - toilet did not flush - Staff did not seem to know what was going on - I would not recommend this place -

Hi Joan, thank you for your feedback. we realize that we made some mistakes assigning those rooms to you.we did rectify the problem with the refrigerator. we also took care of the other problems. we also would like to mention that you actually threw keys at our front desk staff. this was witnessed by several guests. normally this behavior would not be tolerated and we would ask you to leave. we made an exception because we understood your frustration. we understand mistakes were made by all parties involved and we hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

Not a wow experience for me !

I booked this place based on the reviews I read on the website. A lot of people loved and said it's worth the price. Honestly, I was not very satisfied. I agree the music at the restaurant is great and the events and people are very nice but that's about it. I don't mind old furniture and rustic look and feel, infact this is what impressed us when we entered the hotel. But at the very least, it should be clean. The room was ok, dimly lit but the Bed Covers were all covered in dust. I am sensitive to dust and could sense the room was not properly cleaned. There is a coffee maker in the room, but coffee is infront of the reception desk which is fine. Just that most hotels now-a-days have Coffee in the room so I was surprised not to see it in my room along with the creamers. Fridge was clean and decent, better size than most hotels. The room size is decent and the balcony opens up to the outdoor Swimming pool which is good. Bathrooms are not great, the toilet seat in my room was broken. Toiletries include a conditioner and soap bar so do remember to get the other things you need. Swimming pool opens at 8 but when we went, the water was still cold. They were still filling up hot pool and there are no showers/ Changing rooms in the pool area. Although the good part is there is an indoor pool. The Gym has 3 treadmills and that's about it. Maybe if they could keep it a bit clean, I would have agreed it's a decent place for the price i paid.

Great stay

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool was nice. The rooms can definitely use some updating but other than that the stay was great. I would recommend
