Excellent place

This is a newer property and reflects it! The rooms, lobby and staff are all excellent! I would definitely recommend staying here again.

We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

Comfortable bed, good pillows, great shower, good breakfast and coffee. The only thing to be negative about was the ice machine wasn't working on our floor but the 4th floor was working.

We stayed three nights. It was a very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. They cleaned our room after 2 nights, did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

This was a family trip with 2 kids under 6. The accommodations were top notch! Loved everything about it! We will definitely be back! We were impressed with the staff as well. Kudos!!!

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

We stayed with kids a very nice and clean and convenient place. Staff is great. Food is decent just like what you expect from a breakfast they can probably add some more options but it was enough. The only one thing they should change is getting different shampoos and body washes a bit of a better quality but everything else is great We’ll definitely stay again.

Nicely maintained property with extensive parking located close to Williamsburg attractions. Would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay

Our king size room was very spacious and clean! The staff was courteous and professional, and the pool and hot tub were awesome after a full day exploring Williamsburg.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for several nights while sightseeing. The good stuff... -The location of the hotel was perfect. Very close to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and restaurants. -The staff at the hotel were very nice. Every morning at breakfast the staff made a point of checking with everyone before they packed up for the day Someone from the front desk greeted us every time we came in. -The layout of our room was perfect. The bathroom area was adjacent to, but not in,...

Loved staying here! Wish we stayed longer. Bowled while we waited for our room to be ready since we arrived pretty early. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was SO nice and comfortable.

Suite was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette was a nice addition since this was an extended stay. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, stores and entertainment. The only issue I found with the listing on hotels.com for this property is that it mentioned it had an indoor pool, which it doesn’t, so that definitely needs to be updated. Also, although it’s nice that breakfast is included during your stay, there are not many options in the menu and...

Staff was friendly. The life guards are exceptionally vigilant and professional. The waterpark is especially suited for kids. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Room was way too narrow..hard to squeeze between the end of the bed and the desk..very tight.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative was not having a refrigerator in our room.

Restaurant terrible no decent breakfast had to wait a long time and so did other customers
