Rooms were nice. Only problem we had was our coffee pot in the room did not work. Told the fron desk and she called and told someone but no one ever showed up to fix it or replace it. Finally got a new one when housekeeping came to clean and I told them about it.
This was a great value for staying near Williamsburg. It was very clean and well maintained. Owner was nice and responsive.
Front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. Very clean room. No complaints. :)
It was ok clean and bed comfortable
It served well my needs. Whydoes the answer have to be long?
Ensure you check your doors -- tension was bad and had to pull/push door hard to ensure proper lock engagement.
The room was adequate. The manager was very helpful when the room key did not work. Stay was pleasant. Vending was not working. No ice!
I order a room (non smoking) still smelled like cigarettes it was very unpleasant. Also, the bedroom was not reasonable clean. Not satisfied! $100 that went to waste. And thanks god it was only one night.
