“The staff were so friendly and kind. Jay even assured that two connecting rooms were available and made sure we were set up for our arrival. We had dogs and it was very accessible for them as we didn't have to take them down a crowded hotel or an elevator to walk them. I wasn't sure at first about the "motel" feel but it was very comfortable and the extra large king beds were wonderful.”

“Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel……

“The room was super expensive and when I showed up we also had to pay for parking which was not mentioned anywhere when we reserved the room. Also you had to pay for pretty much all the amenities, even to play pool, so everything you had to pay for.”

“The swimming pool was dirty and if you had to get drinking water or ice you had to go to the restaurant or the water fountain. Does not matter if you are on the first floor or the top floors.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……
