“The room was great, mildly humourous because into the rooms have a theme in the theme is a famous person, and mine was Fabio. Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. And I have to admit the food is quite good. I did not have high expectations, but it was very pleasant and the staff are very nice. If you were just coming to stay……

“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. Unica experiencia muy muy muy molesta ha sido volver al hotel despues de las 10pm pues a la entrada de Puerto Cancun habia una cola infinita de coches que debian pasar por un control de seguridad que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo. No entendemos que los huepedes de un hotel bien caro come este tengan que pasar por este control y perder tanto tiempo como……

A few things to note, the hot tubs on the hotel grounds are usually taken, you won't have much chance on them, the music starts around 2 and goes til about 8, quite loud, and the hotel doesn't have a beach that goes down to the water, it is within a retaining wall.
