"Regular average hotel, recently updated so the rooms are nice. Our chief complaint was the housekeeping - it was near impossible to get housekeeping service. We got one round of full service in a 5 day stay, after 3 days of asking. I don’t know what the issue is but I don’t stay in a hotel (and pay as much as we did for this average room) to make beds and take my own trash out. Positives: Aamir at the front desk is the nicest/most helpful person ever. Family liked the breakfast a lot. Nice towels."

10/10 Excellent
"This was one of 3 places we stayed on our first trip to Maine and was by far the best of the bunch. It was clean, felt safe, good value, within walking distance to town. Breakfast was continental but decent, coffee was good. Best part was that the lobby was stocked with water, juice, coffee, and good packaged snacks. It helped so much stave off hunger because it took a bit of time for four people to shower and dress after spending the day having fun."
