"I found the staff great. They were always so friendly. Unfortunately the room we were in had a mildew smell to it. Car fresheners didn’t work. Had the windows open to help. The pigeons kept making a ruckus. The bed was uncomfortable and only had two limp pillows. The lady at the desk had to worry about getting attacked by rats when she left for her shift. But it was a great trip to NYC"

If I had to point out anything, it would be that parking and pricing in the area can be a little tricky—but that’s just New York in general, not really on the hotel. The front desk staff will provide a list of parking garages that are nearby. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a great mix of comfort, location, and style—perfect for a getaway, whether you’re visiting the city or just doing a little staycation."
