“The property was very clean and well maintained. Some noted differences under this management are no microwaves in rooms which was disappointing. No in room alarm clocks/digital clocks. The coffee pot was in the room with coffee but no condiments for the coffee. The refrigerator remained. And the pool and hot tub is open 24 hours a day (which makes me ask, when does it get cleaned?) Over all still one of our favorites in Branson!”

“Staircase/fire escape closest to our 2nd floor room was taped off closed and we had to go to staircase several feet further to carry our luggage and other items 2 trips up. “Scenic Hills Inn is worn, but clean. The staff are excellent, and when we couldn't get our TV to work came immediately and fixed the loose connection. Breakfast was good and more extensive that expected. The pool is well maintained, and parking was good and free. Our only concern was the side entry door didn't seem to lock, but we locked our room and were safe. The area seems safe so it may not be a big deal. ”

“The hotel was updated & clean. They were doing maintenance on the pool & the breakfast room was closed for updates/maintenance the first two days we were there. So They offered breakfast at their nearby sister hotel. Saturday the breakfast room was open & they had the typical hotel Continental breakfast offerings. The attendant did a great job at keeping food stocked & tables cleared off. It was a nice hotel & I will likely stay there again the next time I’m in Branson.”

“Front desk staff were friendly, and informative. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a lovely, forest view from our second story balcony. The pool was huge, not super clean, but we enjoyed the swim anyway. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed due to a part that needed replacement. Breakfast was just ok. Overall, the price was good this time, which is why we chose this hotel, but we wouldn't stay again if we had to pay more. We did love the food trucks nearby, though,……

“We will be taking this location off our list of usual stays after this visit. The quality of our stay this time compared to this past fall has decreased immensely. The room was clean, but the soap dispenser in the shower room was empty. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for four people. The lights were unplugged. The TV didn't work.
