“This is a new property located on the Marina. The room was spacious, neat and clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay here. Areas that could be better would be opening the poolside bar and cafe earlier. It is very nice however it opens too late, therefore there is no place on property to get coffee or have breakfast. There is no signage indicating where the entrance is for unloading and the front doors are not very prominent. Some arrival signage would be……

“Was supposed to have a room with a queen size bed. When I tracked down they did not have that room available and tried to put me in a nasty dirty old room that had two double beds. I told her to cancel my reservation and I left. I contacted Expedia. I hope they credited my account and did not charge me for this place. When I book a queen room I expect to get a queen room not two double beds. I would never have booked this hotel had I known it was as dirty as it is. ”

“This is my first time and ever writing a hotel review in my 25 to 30 years of traveling in the US and outside of the US. We stayed there two nights in April 2026. The pictures were not accurate of the property. As soon as you enter the entrance, there’s a musty, moldy smell with fragrance. Our room also had a lot of smelly air freshener… Like it was trying to hide an odor. On the first night we were out all day and came back to our room and housekeeping didn’t come in to make the beds or give……

“Unfortunately I didn't have the beat stay I honestly wish I could get half of a refund as as we had 2 lizzars in the room crawling all on the walls through the night and for some reason sheets didn't feel clean at all. . Much I could say but I would have rather speak to management. Breakfast was mid.”
