“Would be lovely to have some HUMAN interaction. Unfortunately I had to cancel both my 1 night stays with this property due to a death in the family. Both nights were also unfortunately non refundable but I had still written the property several weeks prior to see if there was anything they could do. ZERO human interaction (not even a sorry for your loss) and just kept sending me automated check in details and then the follow up "how was your stay" afterwards. I'm all for automated systems to……

“Great staff and breakfast. We had a king suite and loved it!!!!”

“I’ll start off with the good: breakfast/coffee was very nice to have and always well stocked. The staff were helpful. The room we were given was not so great. First of all the room smelled like smoke/musty. The sheets/pillow cases did not look clean we called the front desk for new pillow cases and she came up immediately with new cases. We realized they were most likely stained and the sheets were as well, which was not the best since it just made them look dirty. The bathroom was not well……
