“It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. “We really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Oaks Hotel. Our room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The staff doesn’t come into your room unless requested for the first 3 days of your stay. If you need your room cleaned or something, (extra towels, wash rags etc.)you can ask at the front desk. We used the indoor pool and it was nice. It’s just off of the main road (76) where the heart of Branson is. We would definitely stay……

“The free buffet breakfast is outstanding. The hot tub is not working, they are waiting for parts. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order. We had to go to the third floor to get ice. They no longer offer shuttle services to Silver Dollar City. The AC in our first room wasn't working but they graciously moved us to another room. To me the cleanness and the free buffet breakfast bar outweighs all other issues. I would go back. The staff were professional and very helpful.”
