“When I got to the room, there was no wifi connection for the roku. Showed excellent signal, but would not connect. Because it is a roku set, no signal could be made without wifi. The staff gave me instructions at the counter, but in hindsight, they knew the problem and knew I would not connect. I was there for a total of 20 minutes and they would not allow me to cancel. I ended up having to pay for a new hotel room at a different hotel and this one. The service level was that they could……

“-The pool was closed due to a malfunction. 🙁 - The outside garbage can was full when we arrived and THE NEXT DAY IT STILL HAD NOT BEEN EMPTIED. Very disappointing. The clerk took FOREVER to check in the two sets of guest ahead of us….like 15 min each. I could have done it faster.”

“The property is very good. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk Staff is a little unprofessional. When checking, another customer and I waited at the desk for a long time before getting assistance. I had to knock on the door to get someone to come out from the back. They did not seem very happy to wait on us either. Breakfast the next day ran out of hot food by 8:30 and there wasn’t anyone around to replenish anything including cups and silverware.”

“Barely cleaned room. The carpet still had crumbs or trash in some areas. Everything else was alright. You get what you pay for I guess.”

“Didn’t like that the staff was outside on a smoke break during the busiest time of checkout. However the room was very nice and the breakfast was great. So many options.”
