We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. “CUANDO LLEGAMOS LA PERSONA QUE ME ATENDIÓ LO HIZO DE MALA MANERA. COMPRE LA HABITACIÓN FULL Y NO ME LA DIERON. NO RECLAME, HACIA DOS DÍAS QUE ESTABA VIAJANDO Y NO QUERÍA DISCUSIONES NI PROBLEMAS.
