“Hotel was in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Close to everything on the strip. Front desk was friendly. Room was exceptional for the price! I was very pleased! ”

We requested a room with view however this hotel's location does not really have any views other than traffic, parking lots, roads, etc. Female at checkout was also very friendly. Continental breakfast was amazing! Lots of choices to choose from, something for everyone. Rooms were simple, basic but extremely clean. ”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
