“There was random hair and toilet paper on the bathroom floor upon arriving to my room. The re was stains and burn holes on both beds white bedding. There was an unknown fluid stuck on the armor and table/counter tops like nobody has wiped down in years. There was no soap to wash our hands. “Stayed here during Arizona Bike Week and it worked out well for what I needed. Location: Conveniently located right on Scottsdale Road, which made it easy to get around and ride to different spots. Area: The surrounding area is a bit older. Not rundown, but there were a few sketchy folks around at times — nothing that caused issues, just something to be aware of. Room: No frills, but honestly solid. Clean sheets, comfortable bed, and the shower and sink were clean, which is what matters……
