“The property is a need of serious maintenance - as does the elevator with how jerky it is between floors. Also, the bathroom in the room was deteriorating and the rooms heater was not operational. The hotel smells of cigarette and weed in the bathroom, indicating people were using the shared bathroom ventilation for this purpose.”

“when we pulled up to the property we looked at each other and said no way. but,we went in. the place was not at all what the pictures depicted.but we looked at the room , the bed was not made, the room was not what we expected from the pictures ,so we did not check in. I would like a full refund.Because of the name Wyndam we expected quality. we went elsewhere.”
