“The moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed with the outstanding beauty of the countryside and with the quality of the hotel which was also very spacious. We felt very pampered by the facilities provided. Maria in charge of the breakfast showed unprecedented professionalism and was very welcoming. I would have liked to have seen a few seats scattered around outside, other than just by the clubhouse. Nevertheless we will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff.”

“Chris and team were fantastic to work with. He addressed all of my inquires and made the check in and out process so easy. The apartment is large and spacious. "Stayed here for 3 nights on this trip. A very comfortable stay with exceptional service. The air conditioner in the room stopped functioning, but the staff quickly took care of the matter as soon as we reported it and compensated us with many free drink vouchers; the manager got soaked in the process of fixing the air conditioning but continued to apologise to us for the inconvenience. The staff are very welcoming, and the environment is very relaxing. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Exeter. Special thanks to the hotel manager and one of the hotel staff members for swiftly taking care of the air conditioner issue; despite ending up being wet in the process you both have handled the issue with grace and kindness."
