“We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?”

“Excellent hotel retaining the character of its origin as a tavern. Hotel service was excellent as was the restaurant, which was featuring a March Madness prix fixe menu. Room was well appointed and clean.”

“Nice area I had previously never seen. We walked down to the hotel one morning for breakfast, and the condo was a short drive from Wawayanda State Park, where I had an event. Nice condo - comfortable and clean. Instructions ahead of time were clear and given with ample notice.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this property ! The place was absolutely beautiful—cozy, well-decorated, and surrounded by peaceful nature. Everything was spotless and clearly well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The owner was incredibly prompt and attentive, responding quickly to any questions and making sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience. “At first, everything seemed very clean, but as soon as you open cabinets and start using appliances, you will realize how dirty everything is. The laundry machine, dish washer, garbage can, and inside of every single cabinet and closet were absolutely filthy. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and there was damage on the ceiling from a water leak that looked molded and disgusting. There were no garbage bags for the kitchen (we had to buy them and left a box in the cabinet under the sink for……
