“We arrived and at check in, I was asked to pay for the room when I had already paid for the room at the time of booking. I told the front desk person that it was already paid for but he insisted that the charge didn't go through. I paid at the front desk for the room. I then saw BOTH charges appear on my statements. I contacted the hotel and was told it was a hold and needed to wait 7 days. It is the 7th day and the charge is still on both cards.
The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was not……
