Convenient and has a view of the beach. It's a little far back from the waves. The breakfast is good with biscuits and gravy, waffles, raisin toast. The studio was cozy and used the space effectively. Very pet friendly with private fenced in yard and view of the ocean. The beach access was easy to find and only a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive.
