“Very nice hotel”

“We arrive got to reception and the King bed option is not available. Give a option of two bed. We went to meal at the restaurant the food are good. Went to the room and the tv no working. They move us to another room, This time give us the King bed. Take a shower and floor of the room beging to have water. Need to put towel in the floor. Later at night the food we eat in the restaurant cause us diarea on mi wife and me. As we go to the front desk the completly ingnore our complaing ”

“Bring drinks and snacks just in case you get a late ight craving, you won’t find anything open on the hotel premises after 11 atleast on a weekday not sure if it’s different on a weekend”

“Parking safe at night, rooms super clean, staff very friendly specially the girl celimar that is at the bar by the pool. She took the time to explain food that we were going to order. Very sweet girl. The only thing about the place they do not have coffee makers in the room. I think that id very special to people like us that wake up at 4:00am”

“I was completely enamored with my stay at this hotel. The level of customer service truly stood out—every interaction felt thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The onsite restaurant offered delicious options, and the prepaid breakfast was a great touch that made mornings easy and enjoyable. When I had an issue with the shower not draining, I reached out to management and was honestly impressed when a plumber arrived within five minutes. That level of responsiveness really speaks to……

“It was much more than I expected, a super special place I even saw dolphins while watching the sunset from the shore of the beach. The coffee in the mornings with the perfect view and the green of the plants. Not to mention the beautiful kitten who is extremely adorable. 100/10”

“Lodger beware. Dark & dingy old catholic convent with no windows or amenities. Attempted to get a refund right after we were shown the room because we did not like what we saw (no windows) & they refused.”

“Excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia, con amigos y hasta de manera individual. Tranquilo, cuarto espacioso, ubicación céntrica. La limpieza es excelente. Tiene cocina, el tamaño de la nevera el adecuado, por mucho más grande que las neveras de un cuarto de hotel. Antonio el “host” es el mejor, un joven amable, educado, siempre disponible a servir. Esta estancia está 100% recomendada, ha sido una de nuestras mejores experiencias. Definitivamente digno de repetir. ”
