"Overall, this property is really quite great. We wanted someplace close to our daughter in Wrigleyville, and we found the location to be excellent. The apartment itself is located in a vintage apartment complex consisting of four buildings around a center courtyard. The entire complex is gated and locked and felt very secure. "This is a great location to hit the Lakeview neighborhood with Wrigley Field just a couple blocks over. When trying to get the check-in instructions, there were a lot of hoops to jump through to get the payment to the management company for this property. I had to contact the host (management company) multiple times to get the links to the forms to upload a driver's license and selfie holding said driver's license. " The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The soundproofing could be improved, as traffic noise and the AC unit sometimes disturbed our sleep. Check-in was a bit challenging since we arrived later than planned and had to wait about 20 minutes for a response by email, but once resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. "

"Extremely clean space that was perfect for our group. We didn't spend a lot of time in the home during our stay, but when we did it was fantastic. Only minor gripe would be the upstairs neighbors, they were occasionally quite loud and woke us up a few times in the middle of the night. Would absolutely stay here again, if/when we come back to the area."
