“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“The property was clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. However, the room felt quite dated and could benefit from significant updates. The décor and furnishings gave it the feel of an old basement from the 1980s, and there was a noticeable odor that seemed to be masked with an air purifier rather than fully addressed. On the positive side, the location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and other amenities within easy walking distance. I had only text and phone……
