“When I booked the pool and hot tub were available. When I checked in I was told the pool area was completely closed. I was never informed that it was closed, was not offered any discount for my inconvenience. Hotel has paper thin walls, can hear everything around you. The back door is never locked and is a smoking area… would not recommend or return.”

“I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!”

“Overalll very good. The exception was the pool... the ventilation fan was so loud we had to figure out how to turn ot off or rish hearing loss. The pool water was too cold, and the whirlpool was hot, but not really hot enough either. The breakfast was really good. The staff super helpful . We would definitely stay here again...”

“They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that……

“We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice, and breakfast was decent, your typical motel spread, maybe a little lighter than some, but it still filled up the famil. My only complaint is that our room was right next to the pool. Around midnight it sounded like they were cleaning the pool, and then it opened again at 7:00 AM, so it was a bit noisy on both ends of the night. Aside from that, everything was……
