“Our reservation was made weeks in advance for a room with 2 queen beds. We arrived prior to check in time and were told that we would be placed on a priority list and would receive a text once the room was ready. Later that afternoon we returned to check in as we had been previously notified that the room was ready. The room we were given was a king bed instead of 2 queens and appeared to not be particularly clean. We returned to the front desk and asked to be switched to a queen room. We……

“Absolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But no…we didn’t even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained with…something, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting. ”
