"接待服務態度良好，房間有異味幫忙換房間。房間有問題打電話到櫃檯，服務態度也很好，很快就處理完畢。禮賓部幫忙打車到九龍機場快線。 有些樓層是新裝修所以房間內部漂亮，有些可能就比較舊。走廊油煙味但不會飄進房間。 總體來說還是推薦，位置良好，附近好吃也好逛。"

"We put the sign out to clean the room. The staff only changed the towels but didn’t make the bed and didn’t take the trash out. I would have been happy without getting new towels to save water but have the bed made. One day, the cleaning staff knocked on our door and asked if we could leave in 10 mins so she could clean the room. But it wasn’t ready when we came back 2+ hours later. There was no place to sit in the lobby and we ended up sitting in the laundry room to wait until the room is ready."
