“it was all good Sat, night until the TV service went down and the very young children in the room above us were running, jumping and making a lot of noise about 8:30-9:30. Thank goodness they finally quieted down by 10:00. We complained to the manager twice. The Brocks”

“Location was what we wanted for 14 mile hike to the west maroon bells pass. Hot tub after under the stars was perfect. ”

“My only complaint, it would have been nice to have ski storage in lobby instead of hauling them up and down the stairs. Elevator very slow which is why we did stairs frequently. Rooms stay unusually warm so glad we could open slider to balcony to cool off. The had cider/water/cookies all day, very responsive to any and all concerns. Very comfortable bedding and pillows.”

They provided things such as a bag of coffee and assortment of teas, dish soap as well as a sponge, laundry detergent, full shower soaps (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) skin lotion and even slippers! We had friends rent the ski-in / ski-out home and they had nothing! We are looking forward to staying here again. ”
