"Old hotel that desperately needs an update. Stayed at a Coast in Vancouver and was hoping it’d have the same amazing rooms but didn’t. They have started Reno’s in certain areas which is nice. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing. Has potential and will stay again once updated. "

"Appreciated the shuttle and the snack pack at 5 am. I drive a scooter, and the driver was very accommodating. He helped to break it down and load it twice. "

"The property is conveniently located in a good area near eateries and a few blocks away from the space needle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop gives you a great view of the piers and City. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it's within walking distance from various restaurants. The underground parking was a plus as well. We did experience a longer wait time than I would like for the elevators due to high traffic. I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a good location but the air quality was terrible and my room smelled like garlic and cooking smells. Smoke filled the room due to the fire bar and the next hotel having an outdoor grill. I would recommend staying here if you have allergies. Staff was accomoding but they don’t understand CNA er treatment and I was asked to leave the property under force of police arrest. Thank you for finding my credit card that was delivered and held by someone I don’t know. I contacted Bellevue PD and Washington State police and my Attorney is Tully and Rickney all of the information a deaf, disabled person shouldn’t have to provided. Sorry for the inconviencr but my passport was stolen along with my identity and checkbooks. The staff didn’t care about that part even though I was wearing my hospital band and told them I was from JBLM. "
