“We had a wonderful experience because of the staff at this holiday and location. Jessica at the check-in desk was very hospitable from the very beginning and very warm and welcoming. Gus, who was managing the breakfast buffet, went above and beyond from any other staff member at a hotel breakfast we have ever met before. He checked on all of the customers and made sure that everything was incredibly clean and well cared for.”

“Breakfast was okay. Rooms were clean and laid out nicely. The only issue we had was we got there right before 4, an hour after check in should be available and our room was still not ready. With 2 young kids, we hated having to wait nearly 20 minutes to be able to get in the room after driving for 4 hours.”

“The location was great. We could be hiking at Hocking Hills in 15 minutes or visiting one of the nearby towns in the same amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable; great mattresses. Our room was very humid (I think they recently shampooed the carpeting, and that was making the room damp). Breakfast was okay: better than a continental breakfast, but it could be better (bread pudding was an odd offering). The pool was quite small, but the water temperature……

“Older property, a bit overpriced for what you got but excellent staff, very accommodating and that made up for noisy neighbors who were blasting their tv at 10 PM. Staff went right to their room and got them to shut it down. No health club or coffee shop or anything like that. Very convenient location right off 70 in Hebron, and much cheaper than staying in Columbus which is 20 miles west and also one of the top locations in America for bed bugs! That was one reason I stayed in Hebron. Road……

“It was an end of the summer trip for the two of us a last-minute getaway. We normally camp in our tent, but with the weather being so unpredictable, we decided to rent a cabin this time, and it gave us the benefit of both worlds a little bit of rustic and a little bit of home away from home. Even with the hiccup upon check-in, the owners of the property were always there when we have questions and to answer any thing we needed they were very easy to get a hold of very pleasant Aunt very……

“The room wasn’t what I had booked and the word suite at this hotel is if you get a couch. The staff was very nice and helpful and did give up a refund for the other 3 nights I had booked so we could stay somewhere that fit our needs.”
