“No staff on property room was nice bed was comfortable. Not a fan of having to enter codes to get into hotel and rooms but that’s just me .”

“Cleanliness = 10 Staff friendliness and helpfulness = 14 Parking = 5 (lots of construction in area and crowded) Ambiance = 10 Breakfast = 5 (at best - lots of better breakfasts at other Major hotels)”

“The sheets didn’t seem like they were clean they had marks on them did find a couple of bugs, and the carpet was kind of squishy, meaning probably needs to be replaced. I thought they were supposed to be a continental breakfast, but there was none that I could find. The area was kind of suspect a few people look like they shouldn’t be there and did not have rooms there that I could tell just sitting in the parking lot. I asked twice to get clean towels. You only get one set of towels, one set……

We especially liked that we were not instructed to do all the cleaning, bed stripping, getting the trash out, etc, that many places are demanding now. “I reserved a two queen bed suite when I arrived I was told their queen suites where all taken in fact, they told me that all the rooms that had two queen beds were all booked. I told him that I had reservations for over a month that I couldn’t have just a king bed. I had my daughter and granddaughter staying with me. after 15 minutes I was put in a room with two queen beds no mirror in the bathroom no towels. I’m not even sure the room was clean before we got in there other than the beds were……
