“La comida es muy buena, la habitación también, sin embargo por el costo de 4 noches que fueron casi 100 mil pesos mexicanos se me hizo mucho para las altas expectativas que tenía del hotel. Si quieres realmente aislarte de MIAMI hospedate aquí, pero si quieres zonas de restaurantes y bares No es buena opción. Enfrente hay centro comercial de lujo que se llama BALHARBOUR”

“Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears. “Very close to the beach- 3-4 minute. Great chairs and towels once you get there. Rooms are clean and kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Bathroom is new like the entire building. We didn’t use the small pool.”
