"The unit was overall clean and there were some nice features like water and snacks, the building itself is a bit run down and the neighborhood felt iffy for a woman traveling alone. The unit was very hot when I arrived so I turn the temp down. When I returned after my meetings, it was 89 degrees. We drove from VA to only find out that our reservation was supposed to be canceled earlier that day. I sent several messages before we arrived and received no response.
