“My husband and I stayed here during the 4th of July holiday. This place has everything you might need. Kitchen appliances, cookware, plenty of towels, extra blankets ( if it's a cooler season). It also has a washer and dryer, which was super nice to be able to do a load of clothes. All appliances were of good quality. We truly felt at home. “We had a wonderful time at the Octagon House. It is so close to South Haven but in a quiet area a little bit outside of the city. The front deck area was a nice place to hang out, and the use of the pool was an added bonus for my three teenagers. We had a great time and I would recommend this clean and cozy house to anyone of all ages. You will not regret staying there. ”

“This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The condo was very spacious and so convenient to many of the SoHa attractions. It is more spacious than the pictures show. Also, the condo had all of the comforts of home, especially in the kitchen. We really enjoyed using the electric griddle for breakfast. “I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……
