“Its a nice usually (as with all places travelers can become rousers at times) calm quiet place to stay the staff seem to be hard working and friendly people.”

“Ice machines were all down for the 3 days we were there. The little kids pool was a nice feature but needs the flaking paint taken off and redone. My older kids liked the water slide inside (outside pool was too cold) but was really slow and had to push yourself down it the whole time.”

“The room was quite nice and well furnished, and if that was all there was to it, it would have been OK. That was overshadowed, however, by the trials of moving into and out of the room. First, the luggage carts were these useless 3-wheeled rickety clown carts that were very unstable and would easily tip over if carrying a load or hitting a pavement crack or floor joint. Being on a long trip, we had to move 300 lbs of gear in and out. We had been doing it at other hotels in one trip with a……

“Loved the indoor water park for my daughter she was turning two this was her birthday trip..I didn’t like the rooms the beds were hard and the hotel was short on towels for the rooms and for the swimming pool..”

“Quite disappointed. The warm feeling in the past is gone. The smell of pets pervades the hotel.”

“The continental breakfast was somewhat dissapointing. The room was overcrowded. Serving was from 6:00-9:00 with checkout at 11:00 making it difficult for everyone to be served. There was nobody available to clean tables, replace utensils, or replenish juice. A full tray of muffins was left out and uncovered for a visitor to directly sneeze over. It was quite disturbing and unsanitary.”
