"I've been to this hotel a few times now and the front desk staff is superb. No matter the hour or the person... I've always been greeted with a smile and have been treated with politeness and a willingness to help. Excellent customer service. Aside from that... I come for the pool.. My grandkids want to stay in it the entire time we are here. A great shallow pool designed for families. The clean rooms, great location and continental breakfast are just added bonuses"

She at all times was pleasant, cheerful with a sincere desire to make everyone in our group feel welcome and tend to our requests. "Great location for visiting our son in Madison. The best part is the free breakfast, cooked to order, eggs, pancakes or french toast, includes saugsage or bacon and potatoes. Also have the regular stuff, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc... We had great night sleep because the mattresses were high quality. The room was clean and perfect size with regular size frig and microwave. We will be back here when we visit again. A++++++"
