“Staff was wonderful and massages were out of this world!!!”

“Room was decent. Clean. Did not realize you had to pay for breakfast. That was probably my oversight. We decided to go somewhere else for breakfast. Parking was fine. Lots of it. Staff was professional. The pool was chilly. ”

“The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean ”

“Staff was great. Place was clean. Problem was my room. Door had an inch gap in it toward the bottom. Very low water pressure, tub would not drain, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. All bottles were completely empty. Shower head came off while showering. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I really feel it that our room was not ready to have us. So many things wrong. ”

“Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool”

“I normally have a good weekend and have no issues with your rooms but this past day, I was in room 108. The lock was broken and every night that I was there I complained about the lamp on the night table. It kept flickering on and off on and off continuous, and they just kept wanting to change the bulb and I told him multiple times. It wasn’t the bulb so it was never fixed while I was there. if you happen to need pictures or video, I took a video of the lamp going on and off and I also took a……

“At check-in, I asked if they had a top-floor or end unit room because I was a light sleeper. The desk clerk said, "I've got you in room 206, right in the middle" Pretty much exactly the opposite of what I'd just said. Across the hall was some loud gathering that I could hear inside my room with the door closed. Whoever was above me kept stomping around continuously until at least 10:30. I had the bathroom fan, air conditioner fan and TV on, and put on an 8-hour YouTube video of white……

“A few minor issues when checking in to get an acceptable room but the 3rd was good. Staff was helpful and apologetic. After that all was good! Breakfast was ok. Would be better if there were non-dairy milk alternatives available and more gluten free options. ”

“The neighborhood is sketchy and the parking lot floods like crazy but the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, making up for anything negative. Thank you Michael and staff for making us feel at home”
