“The room was clean and modern. The staff was great and accommodating. I like a firm mattress but this one was hard as a rock. Maybe because it was a handicap room? The only amenities in the room was two small bars of soap, and no hair drier. There a coffee and juice machine in the lobby in the morning. ”

“During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. “Do not stay here. It was smelly, moldy and dirty! The extra comforter had a 12 inch rip/tear in it, we took it down to replace, the next one was worse! We had to trade rooms due to moldy smell. We would have left and gone to another hotel, but it was 1 am in the morning when we arrived…not a good experience. ”

“This was the nastiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Hair on the counters, hair in the shower, linens were actually dirty (one of them looked like it had blood on it?!?). The sheets on the bed… the actual sheets on the made-bed, were full of different hairs and dirty spots. There was actually a tampon tucked into the night stand next to the bed. Seriously. (Thank God it was still in the package, but gross). Also there was something gross stuck on the nightstand. I complained but they said “we……

“So far the worst place I’ve stayed, room was full of roaches, and bed had bed bugs. The restrooms were dirty, and the door handle was broken to the entrance so we couldn’t get out until we used pliers to twist the door handle.”
