“Clean room, cute decor, we utilized lots of amenities such as puzzle, shuffle board, disc golf basket, fire pit for snores, robes, shower and products, and of course, breakfast in the morning was delish with yummy coffee!”

“The place is really nice, very relaxing, easy to work out of if you too. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. The hotel was not full by any means in fact they didn't do the room the previous day until after 3pm so it should not have been a big deal and was very……

“I book a room based on a heated indoor pool. And though this establishment did in fact have a beautiful indoor pool. The pool itself was not heated. The room surrounding the pool was heated but not the pool water itself. Actually it was pretty chilly. The room was clean enough but the bed was very uncomfortable. And; finally; most establishments offer a free continental breakfast with your stay. Not here! There was a charge for everything in the cafeteria area. My thoughts on this were that if……

“Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. ”

“Apparently the check in is framed between 3-6pm. Due to traffic we were late 20 minutes and dared to ring the door. Someone answered and without coming down sent us to the units in the back of the house. The attitude was standoffish. . The bathroom smelled from mold which for me is a turn off. It’s too expensive for what they give. And there are too strict with their rules for travelers.”
