"We have been staying here for years and slowly watching the hotel go down hill with hopes they would catch up. Same breakfast being served 8 years later, every morning with no change. Sauna still doesn’t work. Hot tub being cleaned when it should be opened instead of ahead of time, making it unusable. Broken ice machine. Unfriendly staff. A quarter roll of toilet paper with no back up. Yet you took the time to buy check in iPads for the front desk. Definitely coming off the list of places we say."

"It was fine, convenient for what we were doing. Our door key did not work after the second day and we had to get it replaced. The TV was a mystery and it took quite a while to get it working. The room was clean enough and the bed comfortable but overall very dated and the furniture in need of replacement. The fan in the bathroom did not work. Do not expect much from the continental breakfast - very sparse."

"This was an okay hotel. The staff were great and went above and beyond to move us to a different room when the frame on the bed broke when we put our bags on it to unpack. They moved us to another room. The place just needs some updates. The beds in both rooms felt like hideabed mattresses and were not comfortable at all. The breakfast was okay Sunday when they offered eggs and sausage to go with your carb options but on Monday they only had one waffle maker and cold cereal for breakfast with coffee and fruit. It just wasn’t exactly what I would call a continental breakfast. The hotel rooms were big which was nice so you didn’t hear other people but the furniture in the rooms and beds need upgrades. "

"Easy parking, helpful staff (I checked in late at night with no issue), it’s in a good location and I never felt unsafe. "

"Room was very dirty. Found trash under bed and dirt food crumbs all over the floors in multiple places. The microwave wouldnt work without the breaking going out. Had to reset breaker multiple times. Room smelt bad and bed was on moving feet kept moving around. One of the outlets had broken plastic pieces. Bedding had literal old blood stains on it. Will be requesting refund cause it literally ruined experience."
