“Property is old and needs renovation. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Key cards stopped working and had to be recoded five times in a four day stay. Breakfast room is too small for the size of the property and turned out to be chaotic to the point that we went elsewhere two of four days during our stay. Property is walkable to the Martha's Vineyard Ferry which is a plus.”

“We were I. Town for a regatta and this was the perfect place to stay! Less than 5 min walk to the yacht club and the Chappy ferry. Our room was adorable with machete and seating area, very clean and a comfy bed! We will definitely stay here again.”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “The hot water in the bathroom sink didn’t work. There wasn’t a vanity. They had one ply toilet paper. The toilet was very low to the ground so if you have bad knees it would be an issue. The hook on the door was pulled off. No outlet in bathroom. We arrived at 2:30 and had to wait till 3 o’clock to go to our room even was probably 30% occupied. They offered breakfast, but would not let us participate since we booked through Expedia. The desk drawer was warped and the face of it fell……

“这家渡假村靠海边，走几步路就是个小沙滩，上面有很多鲎的空壳。可以看日落，但是角度还不是很好。房间很小，床更小只够睡一个人，另外一个睡在沙发上，沙发看起来脏，要自己带个床单铺上才能睡。带个小厨房，烧点开水喝0k，煮东西不行火太慢”
