“The room was clean but our tv didn’t work and no one was around to fix it, front desk guy was very nervous ce and helped as much as he could”

“this place is genuinely pretty busted. toilet in my room was barely stable, big gap in the top of the door leading directly outside, hand towels stuffed into holes in the walls, and generally pretty dirty. a woman was jiggling the handle trying to get into my room in the AM and then was very apologetic when i opened the door. they were doing construction on multiple rooms so maybe it will get better soon. it was a place to crash and had a nice sized mini fridge + microwave but thats about it”

“Our stay here was absolutely AMAZING. We were getting our vows renewed in Salem--the staff not only let us have our room early so we could get ready, but helped my husband printing out his vows. They were nothing but kind, considerate and helpful. The room was WONDERFUL--so clean and comfortable and the views are out of this world. I do not know how to give this property more positive compliments. We can't wait to come back and I highly recommend this property to everyone who is visiting Salem……
