Here you will find several dining options including Beradu, a new restaurant, bar, and specialty market, or Sake Sushi, which boasts high-quality Japanese cuisine.

The interior of Sparrow Cottage was recently fully updated, including the addition of a spacious downstairs bedroom and bathroom (complete with walk-in shower) connected by interior stairs. Sparrow Cottage also has hardwood floors and fresh paint throughout. This 3-level home has 2 bedrooms, each with a luxurious king-sized bed and a full bathroom. The downstairs bedroom also features a new Roku-based LCD smart TV, a brand-new sofa, a sitting chair, and a coffee table. Up the stairs, you'll find similar new features alongside a full bath with a spacious shower and laundry area with a washer and dryer. The upstairs bedroom does not have a TV but features a deck for viewing High Windy Mountain while sipping on your beverage of choice!

The main level has a new LCD Smart TV with a new soundbar, new furniture, a new refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso, cooking utensils, and dishes. The living room features a gas-log fireplace and a new kitchen table and chairs. Step out on the deck and relax under the stars. Please Note: Due to the owners' severe allergies, no pets are allowed. This home has 2 exterior security cameras (one on the main level front porch and the other on the lower level entry area). The fire pit and chairs are stored beneath the deck when not in use to make room for overflow parking.
