"The location was great. Our room was in need of updates in the bathroom & a bit small for the price. We were right off the parking lot on an end unit so no ocean view. The breakfast area was great with an ocean view & the breakfast was good as well."

"We enjoyed our experience here. The staff were helpful and nice. They went the extra mile to make us feel special for our stay. My only issue is that the state of the facility, specifically our room was below expectation for the price point of this resort. The rooms are quite dated. Our bathroom had a sewage smell and the room in general looked quite old and tired. I know this is an older and historic property, but it felt like there were updates that could have been made to keep the historic charm while improving the guest experience. The location and the facilities and things to do are abundant. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but would be more interested in returning if there are notable improvements made to the rooms to bring them closer to modern times. 7.5/10. "
